Plastic Welding Screens and Booths
Introducing our Defender range of mobile welding screens, which have become renowned for quality and resilience in the workplace.
In addition to our mobile screens, we also supply custom designed plastic welding booths, screens made from individual PVC strips for rigid installations in manufacturing environments and engineering workshops.
The Defender range consists of 6 different screens starting at 1830mm x 1830mm going right up to our ultimate screen, which is 4115mm wide x 1900mm high, complete with extending arms.
Our welding frames are not just for factories, they are also used extensively in educational establishments and training schools, providing a safe and defensive solution to welding, or grinding flash and sparks.
The mobile screens comprise of either 1-piece plastic curtain or individual strips which overlap, depending on which frame is chosen.
Our rigid PVC welding curtains utilise our clever hook-on or bolt-on fixings and can even be used with our sliding track to create a curtain that can be slid out of the way, to provide easy access.
We also offer rolls of welding grade PVC in either red, green, or bronze. These are available up to 50 metres long in 300mm x 2mm, 470mm x 0.4mm and 570mm x 0.4mm/1mm.
Defender Plastic Welding Screens
Complying with EN1598 this 6′ x 6′ screen is one of our most popular and is available in either red or green.
The Defender 100 is our entry level mobile screen and can be assembled quickly, and easily using our “click & lock” system.
The robust Defender 200 screen has a higher grade, 30mm diameter frame than the 100 and weighs 4 kilos more.
Moving up the range, the Defender 300 is the first in the series to use individual PVC strips which overlap to provide protection.
Available in red or green, the Defender 400 has sturdy lockable castors to keep it in place and provides a screen 1960mm wide x 1900mm high.
For larger areas, the Defender 500 is our top of the range screen covering over 4 metres wide by 1900mm high. The arms allow you to create a 3 sided screen.
